About the event
What to expect during the session?
This 60-minute sound bath experience is designed to offer space to slow down, soften the pace of the day, and give your nervous system an opportunity to rest in a calming and supportive environment.
Check-in starts up to 20-minutes prior to our session start time to give you time to arrive and get set up. Please plan accordingly as late entries are not permitted.
During the session, guests will spend most of the experience lying down on their yoga mat or blanket while immersed in sound. Some people meditate, some rest deeply, and others simply take the time to slow down and be present. There is no “right” way to experience a sound bath. No prior experience with meditation or sound baths is needed.
