Cancellation Policy

Stillwater Sound Healing Private In-Studio Sound Bath Policies What to Bring Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. You’re welcome to bring a favorite blanket, pillow, or other comfort item if you’d like. Mats, blankets, bolsters, and eye pillows will be provided unless otherwise noted. Booking & Payment Full payment is required to reserve your appointment. Your session is confirmed once payment has been received. Arrival Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time out of respect for all clients and the studio schedule. Late arrivals will receive the remainder of their scheduled session. Cancellations Please provide at least 72 hours’ notice to reschedule your session. Appointments canceled with less than 72 hours’ notice, including no-shows, are non-refundable. If an unexpected emergency occurs, please reach out. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis. During Your Session This is your time to relax. You may lie down, sit up, change positions, or take a break whenever needed. Every sound bath experience is unique, so simply listen to your body. Please silence electronic devices before your session begins. Health Considerations Sound baths are intended to support relaxation and overall well-being and are not a substitute for medical or mental health care. Please consult your healthcare provider before participating if you are in the first trimester of pregnancy, have a history of sound-triggered seizures, certain implanted medical devices (such as some pacemakers or neurostimulators), or another condition that may be affected by sound or vibration. Please share any hearing sensitivities, mobility limitations, or other concerns before your session. Studio & Liability Please treat the studio and its furnishings with care. By booking, you acknowledge that participation is voluntary and that you are responsible for listening to your body and participating within your comfort level. You release Stillwater Sound Healing and the hosting studio from liability for injuries, losses, or damages related to your participation, except where prohibited by law or resulting from gross negligence or willful misconduct.
